The CIRDWC Executive Committee leads CIRDWC business and has general supervision of CIRDWC affairs.  All Executive Committee recommendation are subject to approval by the Governing Board.

CIRDWC's bylaws designate officer positions of Chair, Vice Chair, and a Secretary/Treasurer.  These are the voting positions of the Executive Committee.  Non-voting members of the Executive Committee include a Recording Secretary and the Immediate Past Chair.  The Chair may also appoint other CIRDWC representatives and/or Ex-officio members to serve as non-voting members of the Executive Committee.

CIRDWC officers are elected annually at the January quarterly meeting.  Officers are eligible to serve two full and consecutive terms in a particular office.
