Financial Statements
CIRDWC's fiscal year is July 1 - June 30th, to correspond with most members' fiscal years. A budget is prepared and approved annually in April.
CIRDWC collects annual dues from members, and when necessary for large projects, requests special contributions from members. Annual dues and member special contributions has has been the only source of funding for CIRDWC since its inception. Des Moines Water Works serves as CIRDWC's fiscal agent and maintains all financial records.
